𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞

Attorney at law MP Walton-Desir was at the Diamond Magistrate’s Court today to offer legal support to the Hillfoot residents who were arrested after their homes were demolished. 

Attorneys at law MP Geeta Chandan-Edmond , Ronald Daniels and Dexter Todd and Associates appeared on behalf of the residents. To date only one person has been charged. The others who were taken into  custody on Thursday the 1st June were released on bail on Saturday 3rd June.

The lone female arrested complained that she was forced to sleep in a cell with an unknown male for two nights.
